Foreclosures and Short Sales can be tricky because these homes aren't always the best bargain! The information available about foreclosures and short sales, due to the influx of these types of properties, is endless. The hardest parts of understanding these types of properties are the laws, regulations and hidden risks involved with purchasing these properties. I am currently taking additional classes on this subject. I can answer many of your questions but in some situations you may need to talk with an attorney. There are also competative listings that are not foreclosures and short sales. There are 3 ways to search for listing from my website.
- I CAN EMAIL YOU A 'LINK' TO MATCH YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS - If the MLS does not have searches for categories that you need - for example a boat deep garage, number of garage bays, a lake view, mother-in-law quarters, etc., please go to Property Request. Be sure to include your specific requirements. I can email you a 'LINK' to all currently listed properties with these requirements. The link will allow you to view details and photos of the properties.
- I CAN SET UP A 'LISTING CART' TO MATCH YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS . Every evening the MLS system checks for matches to your requirements and if found it inserts into your cart. You will be notified by email when there are new listings, status changes such as sold, or price changes in your cart. The changed listings will say 'No Longer Available,' 'Price Change' or 'Price Reduced.' This is a great way to keep track of the market. You can delete the ones you don't want and keep the others in your cart. For this service, please go to Property Request. Be sure to include your specific requirements and in the 'comment' box at bottom of form and write 'Listing Cart.'
