We were thrilled to have Marilyn as our realtor in Lake Havasu City! We had started the process of buying here before and did not have a positive experience with our realtor at that time. Because of this experience, we weren't sure that Lake Havasu City had a home that was just right for us... then we met Marilyn. Our initial contact was by phone and Marilyn listened to all our wants and needs for a home. When we drove from California for our appointment with her she was well prepared, organized, and ready to go. We sat with her and went through all the listings that she had pulled with our criteria, and a few of her own she had added that she thought we would like. After we sorted through her lists she spent many hours showing us all the properties with patience and a sense of humor. We found the perfect home (off her list) and she negotiated an offer that made all parties happy. Since we were out of state, she helped find helpful escrow and loan agents that kept in touch with us during the whole process. Going above and beyond, Mariyln sent us copies of the escrow papers at the beginning of the year in order to help with our taxes.
