My Professional Designations
REAL ESTATE DESIGNATIONS I HAVE EARNED
I believe It's the Education that I received earning these Designations that's important!
ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyers's Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
CRS-Certified Residential Specialist is a REALTOR® who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigourous course in advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements. Just 4% of all REALTORS® in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialist. Yet, despite all the extra expertise you get, a CRS doesn't cost any more than any other REALTOR®. In fact, the skills and know-how you get with a CRS may actually save you time and money.
GRI - Graduate Realtor® Institute designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTOR® who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist® is a REALTOR® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans.
